                                                                Design and Methodology

  The proponents use prototyping method to develop this system. Check figure 1.1. prototyping formulate  the logical flow of the system  which involves  analysis, design, modeling and testing. prototyping is crucial to  the model evaluation and provides the sequence process for testing its function and needed requirements for the completion of the project.

The first step in prototyping is to analyze the requirements, gathered the data and formulate the definite conceptual design  of the target system.

        Logistics and Requirements

  The researchers gathered the required materials and logistics to hit the requirements of the projects that will
  execute the performance of the system/project, using the principle of input, process, output and control of the project. It was a step by step method to follow the workflow of the design  to evade the errorrneous data.(expand...)

DATA PROCESS MODELING

          Data process modeling defines the summation function of the project, it is directly focus to the behavior of the entities that communicates to the tasks, allowing the users to enter the data and processed by the system.

         Figure 1.2 illustrate the Context Diagram of the proposed app/system/project. There are different entities on the left side and at the middle are the activities that takes place to communicate with the project.
The details of the inquires are classified in the given entity, End user and Teacher.
